Course Overview
Our half-day iOS Forensics Course is structured to provide attendees with the necessary skills to successfully acquire and analyze iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices. The goal of the course is to teach attendees how to acquire data and conduct analysis using open source and other freely available tools. This training will give attendees a basic understanding of the iOS file system, key data files, the ability to interrupt the data extracted.
This class is a hands-on course and will allow attendees the opportunity to acquire data from a variety of iOS devices in a manner consistent with the best practices of handling digital evidence. Each student will be provided with a workstation and a suite of open source tools for use during the training class. Attendees are not required to have any prior forensic experience to attend this course.
Berla Corp.’s training staff are current and former operators, forensic examiners and intelligence analysts from the Department of Defense, Homeland Security and Law Enforcement Community.
